Our cleaner needs to use 2 different emails currently, as there no ability for her to be part of 2 teams that she cleans for, it would be nice to have one unified layout for seamless operations
Cleaner can only access one igms account at a time
My friend and i use the same cleaner. However the cleaner can only have access to one igms account. It is not sustainable for them to create multiple email address or carry multiple phones.
Please consider allowing cleaners/team members to join multiple iGMS accounts using the same email address. Cleaners may work with multiple clients who use iGMS, and requiring a separate email for each account is inconvenient.
Ideally, they should be able to log in with one email and switch between different iGMS accounts.
Two different properties using igms. We should be able to login with one email and see all exisiting daily work in one log in even if it’s with different owners using this app. It makes it difficult to log in and log out and still wait for it to load then hopefully have WiFi while connecting bc sometimes it doesn’t load. That’s about all it would be a big help time consuming for someone who is constantly on this app.
Most cleaners in our area work for multiple owners/pm’s and therefore need to be able to join multiple teams. Right now they need to have a separate email address for each team and log in and out again to see their tasks. This is a huge inconvenience and a set up for missed tasks. Please update to allow cleaners to join multiple teams asap.

Thanks hope this helps for the future!
