Message Templates should allow attachments but there is no button. You require "Automation" in order to add the Click Images button. Why would you require "Automation" in order to add a file? I programmed computers for 45 years and forcing a message to be "Automated" in order to add an image is ridiculous!
Message Templates should allow PDFs not just Images. Why only allow Images? Again, this makes no sense.

Properties Message Templates
I would like it if we could attach PDF's or Word Doc's to these message templates. Presently you can only attach images to these messages.
