Make templates that goes to all properties, but you can choose that the templet only goes to Airbnb guests or booking.com guest. This would be very helpful if you have different information that needs to be send depending on the platform you use for your property.

Please be informed that this option is already present on the platform.
Thus, when you choose the option called "Specific Channels", the template applies to all properties but will be shown and sent only in the threads with the guests from the channels you chose.
