Separation of messages from/to guests
For each booking I send about 6 automated messages spaced out between the day of booking and the day of checkin. Regardless of whether or not guests reply, these SENT messages end up appearing in the INBOX. In other words the INBOX is serving both as a SENT repository and an INBOX. This means I have to scroll through the ALL the messages in the INBOX just to find messages actually sent to me by GUESTS. That's a waste of time, and makes it easier to miss a GUEST message. Please create a SENTBOX only use the INBOX for messages from the guest

Yes, I agree — it would be also really helpful if automated messages and host-side messages were not marked as unread in the inbox because having automated and host-generated messages show as unread creates a lot of unnecessary inbox clutter and makes it harder to quickly identify which unread messages are actual guest communications that need attention. It currently requires opening each unread conversation (meaning each automated message/host message) and scrolling through the thread just to confirm whether there is a guest reply that needs a response.
It also makes the unread message count less useful, since the count includes internal or automated messages rather than only guest messages that actually require review or action.
Excluding automated and host messages from unread status would make the inbox much cleaner, improve workflow efficiency, alert accuracy, and make the unread count a far more accurate indicator of messages that truly need attention.

In addition, it would be very useful to be able to mark a message from a guest as read (already read) so it doesn't keep showing up in the UNREADBOX. Just closing the message doesn't do the trick
