Send notifications when cleaning task completes

User Story

As an IGMS account owner

I want an email and text notification to be sent when the cleaning task being marked as complete

So that I know the task is complete straight away without contacting my cleaner

AND I know the property is ready for the next check-in

Acceptance criteria

GIVEN the cleaner has been assigned a cleaning task

WHEN the task is marked as complete on IGMS

THEN an email notification is sent to the account owner

AND. a text notification is sent to the account owner
