I could use an additional "search for guest" filter for the Reservation Report. That would allow me to see every booking that a particular guest has made. Thanks!
Agreed, most visitors don't return, but those who do tend to return multiple times, so being able to identify them and their contact details would be really helpful in allowing me to market to the returners only.

This would be useful for all hosts in Italy as well. Currently it is legally mandatory to submit this information to several different legal entities in Italy for each guest. Failure to do so results in possible fines and prison sentences. I am currently using a third party software package (chekin.com) to have the guest input their information and automatically submit it to the necessary authorities.
