Please include an option for owners to send a QUOTE for direct bookers that are not in the system yet. Special Offer option only works if the customer's info is already in IGMS system. Doing a manual booking/reservation blocks the dates so it's not a good idea unless the customer is completely ready to book. A quote option is for new customer to have something they can think about before committing. Thanks!
