Permanent Weekly and Monthly Rates

I would like to not have to select dates for weekly and monthly rates. It should not require selecting dates to set the minimum number of days for a weekly rate as 7 or the minimum number of days for a monthly rate as 28/30 days. These are things that do not change with the season.
