Owner blocking

It would be good to have the option to select a specific category such as "owner block" when blocking the calendar for owners. This would allow these instances to be distinguished in reports, providing an accurate picture of the breakdown between direct bookings, other OTS bookings, and owner blocks. This is useful both for revenue management purposes and for clearly differentiating between real direct bookings and blocked periodes for owners.
