One of my biggest bug bears is that the app is just a browser that grabs a ton of JavaScript. This makes it an absolute pain (and expensive) to use in low bandwidth environments, eg, while travelling.
The same model is also used for the direct booking site, which makes it terrible for SEO, so using the built-in direct booking site leads to very little organic leads.
Please make a proper app and direct booking site where the code resides in the app, not fetched from the internet each time.
