Minimum Stay Settings

Feature Request

It would be great if we were able to change the minimum stays for individual platforms without affecting others. Currently I want to put a minimum stay of three nights for VRBO but cannot do this without changing Airbnb and booking.com. Pricelabs default settings reduce minimum stays to 1 night to fill orphan gaps.

    This change would bring you a lot of customers from price labs and beyond pricing. The discussion gropus in these other PMS options all point out IGMS’ severe short comings in revenue management of minimum stays.

    Dear development team, Any updates on this?

    I need the ability to schedule minimum stays by date (5 nights for Memorial day to Labor Day, 3 nights for Christmas season, etc). The current configuation of time-based rules requires me to change the settings every single day. This is untenable. Many of us are having this problem and are discussing moving to a different PMS.

    I second this. I upgraded to Pro Plus but then realized there is no adjustment of minimum night stays seasonally. For example, we want to require 2 night stays globally through out the year, but require 5 night minimum stays for summer and 3 night minimum stays for certain holiday, etc. When you adjust the minimum night stays, it turns off the dynamic pricing option. This is a basic feature required to make dynamic pricing worth switching to IGMS. If this is not added, managers and hosts should definitely stay with PriceLabs or Beyond. Those systems are much more sophisticated and intuitive.
