Trash day. I have two properties where guests have to put out the trash. It would be wonderful to have day of the week trigger for guests.

Trigger for pets staying at property… so when guests have pets… they have responsibilities and liabilities specific to pets. It would be great to have automation when people have pets on reservation

It would help to send weather triggered messages too. Like “please close the windows when leaving as there will be rain today”

+1 for this. Along with iGMS, I previously used HostTools.com just for this functionality - to send messages at the same time every week. Essential for trash and pool guy reminders. Now Airbnb won't allow two channel managers to be used, so I I have to send these messages manually. When I forget, it causes miscommunication issues with my guests... something totally avoidable. Please add feature this ASAP.
