Would request this in IGMS Inbox, you could assign message access by type:

  • Managers: Handle Inquiries (pre-sales) to win new customers.

  • Employees: See only Post-Booking messages so they focus on guest care after the deal is done.

    It would also be helpful to assign certain team members who have access to the full calendar and schedule messages to ONLY selected properties. So they in essence can manage the entire process with select properties but have access to the calendar for all.
