Hey team, it would be really helpful if there was a feature to allow any last minute or same day bookings to require approval. That way if someone wants to book and check-in today I can double check with the cleaning team that we can have it ready in time first. I think AirBnb has a feature like that or at least used to…

    +1, and a related bug that makes the Airbnb workaround unreliable. The Airbnb Listing Editor has “Allow reservation requests for bookings with shorter notice” (same-day bookings come in as requests while Instant Book stays on for later dates). I ticked it on all 7 of my listings, but it gets switched back off without warning. I suspect saving the Pricing tab (Advance Notice) or a pricing-tool update does it. A guest then instant-booked same-day at 7:44 pm when the unit wasn’t ready. I’ve had to close same-day bookings on every listing, which costs me revenue. Ask: keep that setting from resetting, and add approval for same-day bookings across all channels.
