Dynamic Length of Stay

There is something I am doing manually and it would be great to have it automated:

12 months before the checkin: Minimum lenght 7 days;

10 months before the checkin: Minimum lenght 6 days;

08 months before the checkin: Minimum lenght 5 days;

From here, gap nights would have flexible lenght of stay;

06 months before the checkin: Minimum lenght 4 days;

etc….

This would be a nice to have feature and customizable it would be even better. The calendar would automatically reduce the minimum length of stay requirement every day.

    this process of time based length of stay is currently untenable for managers. We need date specific or dynamic based on certain weekends or seasons. For example 5 night min stay from memorial day to labor day, etc….

      They both need to work together. For example, I do not want checkouts on January 1st because there is a huge party in my city and no one wants to work on that day. So, I have to limit it by LOS rather than a non-arrival setting (already existing at booking.com and airbnb.com)
      At the same time, I do not want e.g. every Friday in August 2027 to be booked with a two-night stay.
      We should prioritize longer stays when bookings are made far in advance, then use advance-time rules to relax the restrictions as the date approaches or as reservations create gaps.
      For example, if I manually set a seven-night minimum for July27, receive one booking from July 1 to July 10 and another from July 14 to July 24, the July 10 to July 14 gap may remain unbookable unless I adjust the calendar manually.

      Managing these situations takes a significant amount of time, even with only three properties. AI is there for it.
