Date alterations of Direct-Booking Reservations on Checkout Day
If a guest decides to extend their stay last minute before checkout, it is impossible to actually alter the dates of the original reservation, the only way to do that is to create a new reservation for the requested date extension. Seems simple, hopefully that is something that can be fixed/ implemented quickly.

Please note that it is possible to extend a guest’s stay even if the request is made on the check-out day. However, the reservation must still be active, meaning it must be extended before the guest’s check-out time. Once the reservation has ended, the system will no longer allow extensions.
