I agree, aircover does not support hosts well at all, the host will always be out of pocket for damage caused by guests, the guests usually have no financial cost for the damage they cause. i dont think igms will update anything, been a year since request and still “in review”

I totally agree with Derek. The problem with airbnb is their customer service reps decisions can vary from person to person. Having a security deposit that hosts control is very important!!!
