When we have a baby as guest, it’s shown on airbnb but it’s not shown on iGMS. The cleaning team needs this info to set a baby crib and towels accordingly.
Meanwhile I fixed this by giving the cleaning users more rights in their user, so they can see the whole reservation. The downside is that they also see the pricing which I prefer not to. The more info they have the less whatsapp we have to use.
