Annual Calendar

I would love the ability to set a default annual calendar. Currently, as new dates open up on the calendar in the future, it makes them all available and at the default pricing. By having an annual calendar as a default, we could set seasonal pricing as well as make dates unavailable for guests that repeat the same dates every year (without having to constantly manually adjust the calendar).
