AI Agent for messages

Hi team, I'm starting to explore AI agents for taking calls and responding to messages in my tone and based on templates and past messages. Is this something that IGMS will be offering inhouse in next 6 to 12 months? Would likely be better if it was an IGMS AI agent that integrated more seamlessly. Thanks

    Would love to have this feature. I know there are AI-generated suggested replies, but it’d be nice if the AI messaging could run on autopilot and send me a notification if it’s not sure of one of its responses it’s going to send to a guest.

    I’ve been waiting to develop this for ages, but I’m blocked as the API does not provide a way to list and fetch messages.
